If you find that the price of stock products is lower in any Kingpsom official store, as long as our store has the same product in stock, we will be happy to match the price.

Price matching standard|Within 7 days after purchase:

 

We will match the price of any same product that meets the following criteria:

 

The product must be the same in brand, model, size and specifications.

 

Competitive products must be currently available and in stock.

 

The matching price must be publicised and verifiable.

 

The price matching request must be made within 7 days from the date of original purchase.

 

Exclude:

 

The following situations are excluded from our price matching policy:

 

Discounts are applicable for membership of exclusive groups, loyalty programs or influencer partnerships.

 

Price reduction due to manufacturer’s rebates, coupons or gift cards.

 

Prices of unauthorised dealers or third-party sellers in the online market.

 

Verification process:

 

To request a price match, please provide the following information:

 

A copy or screenshot of the competitive product advertisement, including clear price details and application date.

 

Kingpsom‘s proof of purchase, such as receipt or order confirmation.

 

Price adjustment

 

If your price matching request is approved, we will adjust the price of your purchased product to match the verified competitive price. The price difference will be refunded to your original payment method.

 

Price protection | Within 14 days after purchase:

 

As part of the high-quality service, Kingpsom will provide price protection policies for orders under all the following conditions:

 

Within 14 natural days after placing the order, the goods on the Kingpsom website will participate in discount activities or price reduction.

 

Note: When submitting the price adjustment application, goods of the same style and size must still be in stock on the Kingpsom website.

 

Each item is limited to one price adjustment.

 

If the above conditions are met, please contact customer service within 14 natural days after placing the order. Kingpsom will return the difference between the original price and the original payment method. If you do not submit the application within the above time limit, you will not be able to get compensation for the price difference.

 

The price adjustment policy does not apply: Kingpsom is unable to adjust the price of purchased goods that are eligible to use the discount code, because the discount code within the validity period is only applicable to new orders.
